DEPOSIT
All events require a $200.00 refundable damage deposit. Deposits are refundable as long as there is no damage to the venue, the trash has been removed and everyone is out on time.
HOURS
All events are four-hour events with two hours prior to setup.

We provide table linen (Black, or White,10 ( 60 inch round) tables & 2 (6 foot ) tables 125 acrylic ghost chairs, ice and chaffing dishes (7). For each event you MUST provide your own chaffing fuel and utensils.

BUSINESS MEETINGS
$700.00 + $200.00 refundable damage deposit.

BABY & BRIDAL SHOWER
$875.00 +$200.00 refundable damage deposit.

REPAST
$800.00 + $200.00 refundable damage deposit. Black linen ONLY. If a DJ or Second Line Band is Hired, security will be required for an additional $200.00 * Event must end by 7:00 p.m.
BRUNCHES
$1,050.00+ $200.00 refundable damage deposit. Includes 1 Security Officer

FASHION SHOWS/POP-UP SHOP
$1,050.00 + $200.00 refundable damage deposit. Includes 1 security officer. Must end by 7:30pm
REHEARSAL DINNERS
$1,050.00 + $200.00 refundable damage deposit
Must be held on Monday - Thursday. Includes 1 Security Officer.
SUN.-THR. NIGHT EVENTS
$1,700.00 + $200.00 refundable damage deposit Includes:
2 beverage servers, 2 food servers and 1 Security officer.
16-20YRS AGE PARTY
$1,550.00 +$200.00 refundable damage deposit.
Includes: 2 Security officers.
PARTY AGES 21+
$1,950.00 + $200.00 refundable damage deposit
Includes: 2 beverage servers, 2 food servers and 1 Security officer.
RECEPTION
$2,000.00 + $200.00 refundable damage deposit
Includes: 2 beverage servers, 2 food servers and 1 Security officer ( per 125 guest).
ADDITIONAL
HOURS
EACH ADDITIONAL EVENT HOUR IS $250.00. EACH ADDITIONAL DECORATING HOUR IS $100.00.

We are no longer booking, wedding and receptions, We also do not host Social & Pleasure Club events and/ or any events that accepts tickets and/or cash to attend.
All events hosted on a state and/or federal holiday will cost an additional $250.00.
